Lynsey Saltsman, the daughter of Lynn and Larry Saltsman of Johnstown, was united in marriage to Robert Hulbert, the son of Randy and Sharon Hulbert of Sprakers, at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 21.
The ceremony took place at Mallozzi's Ballroom. Fulton County Surrogate Judge Richard C. Giardino officiated.
The bride was escorted by her father.

The maid of honor was Julee Hart of Johnstown. The bridal attendants were: Jaime Parker of Connecticut; Mary Beth Eaton and Alycia Spraker of Johnstown; Rachel Shrome of Galway, Saratoga County; and Jennifer Hulbert of Sprakers, sister of the bridegroom. The flower girl was Kylie Parker of Connecticut.
The best man was Luke Suits of South Dakota. The ushers were: Lauren Saltsman of Johnstown, brother of the bride; Russell Hulbert of South Carolina: Rodney, Ryan, and Randy Hulbert, all of Sprakers, brothers of the bridegroom. The ringbearer was Jayson Hulbert of Sprakers, nephew of the bridegroom.
A reception for 150 guests took place at Mallozzi's following the ceremony.
A wedding trip took place in St. Lucia. The couple resides in Galway.
The bride is a 1997 graduate of Johnstown High School, a 2002 graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta and a 2005 graduate of the University at Albany. She is a mathematics teacher at Broadalbin-Perth High School.
The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Elsberry High School and a 2002 graduate of Central Missouri State. He is a construction site manager for Blattner Energy.
