Harry L. Phelps Jr. and Karen and Harold VanAlstyne of Gloversville announce the engagement of their daughter, Devyn Marissa Phelps, to Thomas F. Crocetta Jr., the son of Thomas and Claudette Crocetta of Mayfield.
Phelps is a 2005 graduate of Broadalbin-Perth High School and recently graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a bachlor's degree in communications. She is employed at First Niagara Bank, Johnstown.
Crocetta is a 2002 graduate of Mayfield High School and is working at Crisafulli Brothers, Albany.
