Michael and Jayne Vickerson of Caroga Lake announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Jane Vickerson, to Ryan Christopher Lowe, the son of Tim and Liz Driscoll of Big Bear, Calif.
Vickerson is a 2003 graduate of Johnstown High School. She is employed with the U.S. Navy.
Lowe is a 2004 graduate of Big Bear High School, California. He is employed with the U.S. Navy.
