Donald and Audrey Canary of Gloversville celebrated their 65th anniversary at a party given by their family Aug. 15.
Present were their children: Evelyn Sheridan of Amsterdam; John Canary, Charles Canary and Susan Adamkoski, all of Gloversville; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The couple married Aug. 19, 1945, at the Gloversville Presbyterian Church. They are active members of the Adirondack Baptist Church. They continue to live on the family farm on Route 29, where they worked and raised their family, which also included a son, David Canary, who died in 1979.
