NORTHVILLE - On Thursday at 12:30 p.m., Ony Antonucci will present a demonstration of the senior stretch class that occurs weekly at the Red Rooster, located at the BCON Corner Facility at Bridge and Main Streets. Members of the current class will demonstrate and discuss the benefits they have enjoyed since joining the class, a news release said.

The program is sponsored by The Sacandaga Task Force for Senior Living and follows the weekly congregate meal, which is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Those interested in participating in a senior stretch class with Antonucci may attend the sessions from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at a cost of $5 per session or $25 for six sessions. Attendees can come every week, or as they can. They will pay only for the weeks they attend. Attendees can attend Red Rooster programs without attending the meal, come for the program, bring a bag lunch to join the lunch, or attend the meal only.

Those who want to partake in the OFA meal can call OFA at 736-5650 to make lunch reservations. If unable to attend the luncheon, people should call OFA to cancel the meal. If the OFA meal site is closed due to inclement weather, there will be no program at the Red Rooster that day.

A swap table will be available at the Red Rooster each week. Bring a used book, magazine, or puzzle to swap with others.
