Kristina Goebel, the daughter of Richard Goebel Sr. of Gloversville and Regina Slater of Johnstown was united in marriage to Colby Fisher, the son of Thomas and Mary Fisher of Gloversville at 1 p.m. Aug. 22, 2009.
The ceremony took place at the Glen-Mohawk Veterans of Foreign Wars. Robert Link officiated.
The bride was escorted by Kyle, Austin, Mackenzie and Joseph Goebel, the brothers of the bride.

The matron of honor was Regina Slater, mother of the bride. The maid of honor was Amanda Hillbourne of Gloversville. The bridal attendant was Elizabeth Fisher of Gloversville.
The best man was Tyler Fisher, brother of the bridegroom. The groomsmen were Adam Fisher, brother of the bridegroom and Ronald Goebel, brother of the bride.
A reception for wedding guests took place at the Glen-Mohawk VFW.
The bride and bridegroom are both employed at the Walmart Distribution Center, Johnstown.
