February 8, 2010
The Leader Herald

JOHNSTOWN - A Gloversville man was picked up by Fulton County sheriff's deputies Thursday on a warrant from Kentucky charging him with a felony child-support violation.

Deputies said Andrew B. Cryer, 25, of Park Street was charged at 4:25 p.m. at the county Department of Social Services building, 4 Daisy Lane.

Deputies said the warrant was from the Gallatin County Sheriff's Department in Warsaw, Ky. Authorities there contacted Fulton County deputies and told them they wanted Cryer extradited in the days to come.

Cryer was arraigned in County Court before Judge Polly A. Hoye, who sent him to the county jail without bail to await extradition.
