JOHNSTOWN - A Hagaman man was sentenced Monday in Fulton County Court to 1 1/2 to three years in state prison in a burglary case.

Brandon J. Pileckas, 33, was sentenced by Judge Polly A. Hoye.

Sentencing was based on the defendant's Oct. 7 guilty plea to one count of fourth-degree grand larceny.

Police said he was charged Aug. 18 in connection with the theft of $1,000 worth on construction tools 10 days earlier in Gloversville.
