Joseph M. Guadagno

Joseph M. Guadagno, 50, of State Highway 30, Amsterdam, New York, passed away Friday morning November 20, 2009, at River Ridge Living Center in Amsterdam.

Born in Amsterdam on August 15, 1959, he was the son of Kayleen Guadagno.

Joe received his education at St. Mary's Institute and was a graduate of Wilbur H. Lynch Senior High School.

Joe was employed as a truck driver for United Parcel Post in Gloversville, New York, and a member of Teamsters Local 294.

He was a parishioner and communicant of St. Mary's Church. Joe was also a member of the Sacandaga Harley Owners Group and the Harley Shoptalk Web site.

Joe is survived by: his wife, Deborah Satas, to whom he was married on September 26, 2009; his mother, Kayleen Guadagno of Amsterdam; his sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Joe St. John of Amsterdam; many aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and many loving friends survive Joe.

Funeral services will be held on Monday morning at 8:30 at the Riley Mortuary, Inc. 110 Division Street, Amsterdam, New York, followed at 9:15 by a Mass of Christian burial, which will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church 156 East Main Street, Amsterdam.

Interment will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Fort Johnson, New York

Calling hours are Sunday from 4 to 8 at the mortuary.
