NORTHVILLE - There will be a benefit dinner for Dawn Carman at the Timeless Tavern, 162 S. Main St., on Sunday.

Carman runs Dawn's Northville Convenient Corner Store and Robin gas station on Bridge Street, according to a news release. She is in the hospital with an infection, has been out of work since September and will require home care.

"Dawn is a driving force in her generosity for the whole community, including Northville's student population, those in need, and her family," the news release said.

Admission will cost $20 for adults and $10 for children younger than 10. All proceeds will go to Carman. There will be buffet seatings at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 p.m., and each will feature a buffet, soda and coffee. There will be raffles and a live auction at 6:30 p.m.

For tickets, call Tom Wood at 863-4635, Joanna Olson at 461-4294 or 863-8763, or Tom Spencer at 863-8693.

Tickets also can be purchased at Dawn's Convenient Corner, Klippel's, Sacandaga Properties, Bargain Boutique and Timeless Tavern.
