Joseph W. Page III, age 18, of Ft. Plain, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 from injuries he received in a motor vehicle accident that evening. He was born on April 21, 1991 in Gloversville.
He graduated from Johnstown High School in June 2009. He was employed at Keymark in Fonda. Joe enjoyed hunting and motocross racing at Royal Mountain, and being with family.
Survivors include his mother, Michelle and Mike Hinze of Gloversville; his father, Joseph W. Page Jr. and Tonya of Ft. Plain; three brothers, Joshua Page of Ft. Plain, Dalton Kelly of Ft. Plain, and Cameron Kelly of Ft. Plain; three sisters, Kristina Wilson (Burton) of St. Johnsville, Nitoshia Page of Gloversville, and Candace Kelly of Ft. Plain; maternal grandparents, Sharon and Richard Ottalagano of Gloversville; paternal grandmother, Linda Page of Gloversville; maternal great-grandparents, Phyllis and Henry Moore of Johnstown and Theresa Ottalagano of Gloversville; two nieces, Kurstin and Kellsie Wilson; aunts uncles and cousins.
He was predeceased by his grandfather, Joseph W. Page Sr.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday at 10:00 a.m. from the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 East Main Street, Johnstown. The Rev. Ralph English will preside. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Fish Mountain Cemetery, Speculator.
