Block party was a success
Broadalbin's fourth annual Community Block Party on Oct. 3 was another great success in spite of uncooperative weather.
The committee would like to acknowledge and thank the local businesses and organizations that helped to make it so. Without their generous support, events such as these would not be possible.
A heartfelt thank you toH&M Equipment for donating the tractors for the hay ride;Lee Hollenbeck for donating the wagon and driving the tractor; Vern O'Brien for donating the trophies for the car show; Joe DiGiacomo for donating the Bouncy Bounce; and each of the following for donating prizes for the BYC raffle - Holland Meadows Golf Course, Hales Mills Country Club, Springer's Equestrian Academy, The Cutting Edge Hair Salon, Sawyers Service Station, Tractor Supply, Curtis Lumber, Curves, Sievert's, Mangino Chevrolet, Cameo Productions, Broadalbin Pharmacy, Mountainview Custom Framing, Mr. Video Smith, K.C.
