Police: Boys poured paint
PERTH - Three boys entered Broadalbin-Perth Middle School and poured paint over a desk and floor there Oct. 10, according to state police.
Police said two 13-year-olds and one 12-year-old, who Broadalbin-Perth Central School District Superintendent Stephen Tomlinson said are Broadalbin-Perth Middle School students, entered the school and poured the paint over the desk and floor.
Tomlinson said the boys entered the building after they climbed on the roof.
The boys, whose names were not given because they are juveniles, were arrested by state police at Mayfield on Friday and charged with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree conspiracy.
They were released to their parents on appearance tickets and will be scheduled for Fulton County Family Court by the Fulton County Probation Department.
