Webster Fred Keck Jr., 72, died October 15, 2009 in Chesapeake.

Born in New York, he was the son of the late Norma C. and Webster F. Keck, Sr.

Mr. Keck was retired from Planters as maintenance manager. He was a member of Holland Christian Church and for twenty five years a member of the Life Savers Club.

Survivors include: his wife, Jean Keck; children, Dale Keck of Stafford, N.Y., Robin Carson of Flippin, Ark. Alan Keck of Dolgeville, N.Y., Joseph Rachon of Caroga, N.Y., Carol Crews of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandchildren, Edward DePietro, Douglas Broat Jr., Erik Coe, April Crews, Kaycie Crews, Alissa Crews; great-granddaughters, Angelina DePietro, Marley DePietro, Madison Coe.

A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in Holland Christian Church by the Rev. Jay Slater. Memorial contributions may be made in Web's and his faithful dog Molly's name to the Suffolk Animal Shelter, 124 Forest Glenn Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434. R. W. Baker & Co.
