H.S. Volleyball Roundup: Fort Plain swept by Saratoga Catholic

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Kate Lenz had 11 service points, nine kills and five aces to lead Saratoga Catholic to a 3-0 sweep of Fort Plain Monday in a Western Athletic Conference match.

The Lady Saints won by scores of 25-3, 25-7 and 25-9.

Marie Sullivan had 16 service points and six aces for Saratoga Catholic (5-3 overall, 4-3 WAC), while Alex Kirby had nine assists.

Kristina Johnson had eight service points for Saratoga Catholic and Jen Diggins had four kills.

Kelsey Hagadorn had four blocks for Fort Plain (0-8 overall, 0-7 WAC), while Becca Rush had four service points. Gabby Brownell added two digs for the Lady Hilltoppers.

Non-league

Ravena 3, Amsterdam 0

AMSTERDAM - Baleigh Marrow compiled 16 kills to lead Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk to a win over Amsterdam.

The Indians won by scores of 25-19, 25-22 and 25-18.

Ashley McMullen added 13 kills for Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk.

Paige Archinal had nine assists, seven kills and two blocks for Amsterdam (9-3 overall), while Bayley Archinal had five blocks, four aces and two kills.
