Donald and Katherine Satterlee of Johnstown recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a small gathering of family and friends at the Concordia Club, hosted by their children.
The former Katherine Mellis of Johnstown and Donald Satterlee of Gloversville were married on June 20, 1959, in St. Anthony's Church, Johnstown.
They have six children, Mike (Gigi) Satterlee, Sharon (Gregg) Roth, Sue (Bill) Pulis, Greg (Kim) Satterlee, Stacey (Rich) Lee, all of Johnstown, and D.J (Kathy) Satterlee of Fort Dix, N.J. They also have 15 grandchildren.
