Thomas A. Ruggeri, 70, of W. Main St., Johnstown, died Friday morning, July 31, at home. He was born Dec 11, 1938, in Johnstown, the son of Frank and Anna Vroman Ruggeri. He graduated from Johnstown High School in 1957. Thomas was a leather coat cutter and owned and operated Superior Fleece and Leather in Gloversville. He is survived by: his wife, Patricia Mansfield Ruggeri, whom he married in 1984; three daughters, Toni (Mark) Mosconi of Gloversville, Lisa (Ralph) DelliVeneri of Meco and Linda (Rick) Szurek of Caroga Lake; one son, William Miller of Johnstown; nine grandchildren, Vincent, Nicholas and Christopher Mosconi, Sarah Baldwin, Carry DelliVeneri, Megan and Andrew Miller, Zachery and Matthew Szurek; one brother, Michael Ruggeri of Albany; and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by: his first wife, Marlene Grant Ruggeri; and his brother, Anthony Ruggeri. There will be no Funeral services or calling hours. Cremation will be in Vale Crematory, Schenectady. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Valley Hospice or charity of one's choice. Arrangements are by the Barter & Donnan Funeral Home.
