Mary A. Potter
Mary A. Potter, 65, of 95 Division St., Amsterdam, N.Y., passed away Saturday morning following a brief illness.
Born June 27, 1944 in Cambridge, NY, she was a daughter of the late Frank LeBarron who passed away in 1993, and Helen Adams LeBarron.
Mary attended several schools in the Gloversville school system and graduated from Meco School.
Mary was employed at Nor-L-Canvas, Amsterdam, NY and was previously employed by various manufacturers and as a cook in several area diners.
Mary is survived by her companion, Wayne J. Keiley; her mother, Helen LeBarron of Rocky Mountain, N.C.; her son, Paul (Daneen) Zemken of Northville, N.Y.; three daughters; Janice (Pete) Gorman of Averill Park, N.Y.; Amy Vanhoesen of Amsterdam, N.Y.; Julie (James) Sowle of Broadalbin, N.Y.; one brother, Charles (Rhonda) LeBarron of Indiana; four sisters, Helen (Don) Jones of North Carolina; Shirley (Joe) Patrode of Gloversville, N.Y.; Margaret (Ray) Cuozzo of Gloversville, N.Y.; and Diane (Larry) Sparks of Florida.
Ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, July 28th at 2 o'clock at the Riley Mortuary, Inc., 110 Division St., Amsterdam, N.Y.
Burial will be at Broadalbin-Mayfield Rural Cemetery.
