JOHNSTOWN - A Gloversville man pleaded guilty Monday in Fulton County to one felony count of first-degree criminal contempt.

Christian D. Levine, 35, of Western Boulevard entered his plea before Judge Richard C. Giardino. Sentencing was adjourned until a later date, but he is expected to receive either six months in the County Jail and five years of probation or one year in the County Jail.

Levine was arrested Jan. 1 for what Gloversville police said was a violation of an order of protection.
