In reply to the letter about the subject with the flatbed, we probably should have been more clear on the location we were speaking about. Many phone calls went out to another towing company by individuals who were offended and assumed we were speaking of Hart's Towing.
I think we should clarify that Hart's Towing is a good friend of ours and one of the most professional towing services we know. I can understand how someone would assume that it was him, but be clear it was not.
Phlan Hart and his family are friends of ours and has worked back and forth with us many times, so to all of you out there, let me say this company we were directly talking about is not in the city of Johnstown, Gloversville, Mayfield or Broadalbin area. He has a designated area to the west. We were in no way out to hurt anyone's feelings, only to bring attention to the facts.
We for one do a lot of the towing and just feel it isn't necessary to put yourself out there in the manner he does.
