JOHNSTOWN - The Elizabeth Cady Stanton Women's Symposium planning committee will meet at 5 p.m. Monday at Fulton-Montgomery Community College in conference room N-107.

Committee members are asked to bring their work plans from the past two symposiums for review. Tasks to be completed in the next few months will be determined and the list of deadlines will be updated, a news release said.

The ECS Women's Symposium will be held March 13, 2010, at FMCC. It will be the third conference for women organized by the Elizabeth Cady Stanton Women's Consortium.

Symposium committee heads are as follows: finance, JoAnn Clear; publicity, Liz Russo; sponsors, Helen Martin; registration, Terri Conaway and Laurie Freeman; web master, Rosy Pydadath; program, Sandy Maceyka and Linda Hammond; vendors, Ellie Fosmire; graphics, Bridgit Fosmire; facilities and food, Laurie Freeman.

Additional volunteers are needed to head other committees, including scholarships and workshops. Volunteers also are needed to help plan the event as well as help on the day of the event.

Any woman or women's organization interested in assisting with the 2010 ECS Women's Symposium is invited to attend the meeting.
