Budget hearing Tuesday

FORT PLAIN - The Fort Plain Central School District will conduct a public hearing on the proposed transportation and building and grounds portion of the 2009-10 budget Tuesday.
The meeting will take place in the district conference room in the Harry Hoag Elementary School at 6 p.m.
The budget will also be the topic of the March 18 board of education meeting. Bernard Donnegan, the district's financial consultants, will present a long-range financial plan for the district. The consultants will make financial projections and recommendations for the coming five years.
The public is encouraged to attend. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. in the conference room of the Harry Hoag school.
