Deborah A. Nellis Murphy

Deborah A. Nellis Murphy, 48 of Mayfield, NY, left us unexpectedly September 4, 2008, surrounded by loved ones.

Deb spent many years employed by Sunmount Developmental Center in local homes. Deb was an avid card player, enjoyed flea markets and camping. Peanuckle, pitch and poker were her favorites and she usually ended up a winner.

Deb was very close with her family and spent every opportunity with them.

Survivors include her son Samuel J. Lizzio of Baldwinsville, two daughters; Patricia M. Lizzio and Michele K. Jackson both of Gloversville, her grandson; Colton Lizzio of Baldwinsville, her mother and father; Patricia A. and James A. Nellis of Mayfield, her brother; William J. Nellis of Broadalbin, her sister; Susan M. Terleckey (Kevin J.) of Perth, her brother; James A. Nellis II (Lori) of Broadalbin, numerous nephews, nieces and many cherished friends.

Friends may call on Monday September 8, 2008, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Northville Funeral Home, 401 Bridge Street, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 9, 2008 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Union Mills Cemetery, Broadalbin. Flowers are welcome!
