Regulating district opens phone lines

MAYFIELD — The Hudson River-Black River Regulating District has established a telephonic Reservoir and River Report.
The telephone numbers are 661-6775 and (315) 782-5690.
Either number will reach the same recorded message.
The report includes reservoir elevations for the Great Sacandaga Lake, Indian River, Stillwater Reservoir, Sixth Lake and Old Forge.
The report also contains river stage and flow values as reported by the United States Geological Survey for: Hudson River at North Creek and Hadley; Sacandaga River at Hope and Stewarts Bridge; Indian River at Indian Lake; Beaver River at Croghan; Moose River at McKeever; Black River at Boonville and Watertown.
