FFCS athletes place at Greenwich Invy
GREENWICH — Both Chris Jones and Shane Smith won twice for Fonda-Fultonville at Thursday’s Greenwich Invitational.
Jones won the 110-meter hurdles (17.5) and high jump (5 feet, 8 inches). Smith won the shot put (44-9.75) and discus (150-4).
Nick Quill won the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.5) and Joe Chase won the 400-meter dash, but there was no time available.
For the FFCS girls, Kirstyn Newkirk won the shot put (34-5.25).
