State disqualifies Montgomery County casino proposal

There is a whole lot more to this story, for example...trying to 'game' the Gaming Commission perhaps? Why were 80 questions unanswered? Details...look for the devil there. I'd also like to know Mayor Thanes definition of 'overwhelming support'...and from whom.

Gambling on the future of New Yorkers is wrong. Casinos are not a boom to the economy it is a boom to the state taxation money to be wasted. You have as good a chance at getting rich at the casinos as you do getting struck by lightning. Do something constructive with our money not destructive!
