Must disagree with giving away water. Research communities who have already done so. You might find that the majority are not happy they did.

Walmart has provided this city with a great bonus increase in tax revenue, All that they have to do is be responsible enough to spend wisely and all would be great. What this article's title should be is "City finds ways to outspend its taxation once again!"

Oy vey.....does anyone read the article or just the headline? The city presently has a 4+ million dollar surplus, however, future expenses are outpacing projected revenues!

Hmmmmm, where did the surplus go? I thought the great walmart was to be the cities great end all to all the money woes.

I guess the lies have finally come to the surface, well just a while ago the lyin' king told the people that we had MILLIONS in surplus, and that all is well in the kingdum... now what's he to do? My bet he is looking for the 500K he sent back to the state, could have came in handy. This is just the beginning of the great fall of humpty dumpty king...
