I didnt hear one word about improvement in the actual code adherence. Just a bunch of gobbely*****about upgraded communications between dysfunctional departments. When can I expect any REAL improvement in the sorry conditions of many of the occupied properties in this city?! But hey... we got some new computers on the state dime, big whoop.
