I have 2 granddaughters-6 and 10 - do I want to see them get hurt?? Absolutely not, BUT childhood injuries make for smarter kids. They know when "this is going to hurt -or-leave a mark". To not allow them to fall off a bike or get scrapes and bumps and bruises while growing up could be considered as abuse as much as beating them up yourself.

So what was the permanent injury? Possibly a scar on the face?

I never had a bicycle to ride at school that young. Probably should have had training wheels.

Gee aren't Abdella and Abdella the same low life pieces of trash that represented the fat chick that sued the Kateri holy site for not knowing how to use a picnic table? Dirt bags..

IT is possible she is sueing for medical expenses. My child fell on a playgroung and the school's insurance company did not pay all the expenses. This may be her only recourse.

You have got to be kidding me? When my son was in pre first he fell off of a playground apparatus and broke his nose. I recall that the principal ran out and carried him in school all bloody. It never occurred to me to sue. Kids's a kid thing. We have all had scrapes and cuts and maybe broken bones through our childhood. Accidents happen. Someone must have credit card debt. I hope whoever sits on this jury uses common sense. Wish it could be me.

Good Grief.........My parents could have been wealthy if they sued every time I fell off my bike while riding at Darling field,or cut my face on uneven ice while ice skating at Littauer playground, or a myriad of accidents I had at school or on city property.

Kids fall, kids get hurt. That is what happens when you are a kid for gosh sakes !!
