TWC is a thief. they tell you one thing and then do another. Talk to customer service... it is like asking Lois lerner questions, just do not expect any answers!

The T/W plan for business class probably is not the same as the gimmick plagued residential program. If I were the city, I would not put all of my eggs in one basket. I would keep a few lines from the the current provider in case T/W went down which it will more often then from the more traditional telephone providers. Saving 70% is nice, but If you can have some redundancy and save perhaps 50%, it might save a lot of headaches. Incidently , I took care of a phone system for a previous employer for 9 years, I have some experience with this. The city might want to wait because T/W is being absorbed by Comcast, you might want to have some knowledge of how they would charge for such a system long term.

I sure hope they have checked to see if this is Time Warner's normal marketing crap. Sure, they save 70% for the first year and then they raise the rate so that ultimately, they save nothing at all and end up paying more. I mean it's Time Warner, come on.
