One thing to keep in mind when throwing out terms like '90 to 95 percent will be State aid' is that other NYS Taxpayers will foot the bill while taxpayers here foot the bill for other area's Capital Projects requiring State aid. It makes it sound like you'll be on the hook for a mere 5-10%. WRONG, your paying for it all and then some. You guys want this and here in Fonda, they want glamorous Football. Hey, we're broke down here, how are you folks doing up there???
