And the beat goes on . . . and don't forget the benefits besides the salary. Must be nice to keep collecting the pay & perks while pondering the future . . .and finally the pension when all else is completed.

This man should be fired. Parents of this district are insane if they do not stand up with signs and DEMAND he be dismissed weather it cost them or not. If you dont see your children as a primary reason to end this man's job in your school district, you deserve what you get.

The lawyers always defend these types. They try to make everyone feel sorry for them because the stress of the job is oh- so demanding . . . It's already leaning that way with remarks about how much he was responsible for. Sounds like a plea to hire 2 or 3 to replace him on an interim basis of course . . .I wonder how much is set aside as compensation for these situations but whatever it is means a loss for what's provided for the students.

If Pickus had any integrity, and he clearly does not, he would decline the paid administrative leave and resign immediately.
