People need to think before they make comments. It is beyond insensitive to those who loved Justin and completely inaccurate to refer to him as a "fool". Justin was no fool; he was a great guy with an infectious personality. He was one of the most down-to-earth people one could ever hope to meet. His death was a tragedy. My heart goes out to his family and everyone that loved Justin.

The only fool is the person who made that comment.

The women driving is responsible for Justin's death because she was, according to police, driving while DWI. I've also heard stories that she was driving at an incredibly high speed. Had she been driving responsibly, she would not be facing manslaughter charges. She needs to take responsibility for her actions.

Hey Airtard, If she was responsible enough to take a cab, neither of them would have needed seatbelts and they both would still be alive with their cars and freedom!

"Another fool ejected" are you heartless! The man lost his life and a family lost a son. Sure, he should have been wearing a seat belt but everyone not wearing a seat belt doesn't get thrown from a car automatically. Alcohol and excessive speed are deadly weapons.

I really think that more details should be released, this is a serious charge. I think the public has the right to know.
