This Policy has always been in effect in the City Of Johnstown-Dept. of Public Works and Water Depts., I know, I worked there for 34 years. If you don't actually work the 40 hours a week, then any time oover the 40 hours is straight time, you can't call in sick or use any personal time or Vacation Time, this is really the Law anyway, time for the Town to get with it. Plus in the City Of Johnstown, there has never been any of this expensive Buy-Out of Sick-Time lie The City of Gloversville had, and cost the City Thousands of Dollars over the Years.
