Yes lets get a deputy so Maggie can have someone to push around since she couldn't do that to Art. Besides I don't want Maggie pawing over me. Lets call her "Queen of the Dead".

How busy is the coroner in FC? That data would tell if we'd be "short changing" residents by only having one. How many calls in a year?

What or who gets sent to AMC? If you are referring to the cases handled by Fulton County Coroners, you are for the most part incorrect.

I can just see it now. The deputy will get stuck with being on call for every holiday, won't be able to get a preferred week for a vacation, etc. Seeing they get paid for every case they handle and it is a part-time operation, it might be that there should be 2 deputies.

I assume that taxtired is alluding to the seriously wounded or ill are sent to AMC for treatment, so their deaths would not be here in Fulton County... maybe?
