Pards - historically, Bleecker and Meco have the smallest turnouts, at least in school elections.

How many people vote in Bleeker vs other areas. Does it really warrant a polling place? If they really need at least two then pick the two busiest polling places.

Sounds like the fox wants control of the voting house. OOPs I mean hen house. Does the railtrail go to Bleeker?? I think not.

But a lot of people may turn out to vote this year just to show Cuomo what he can do with his Unsafe act.

Joe (Andrews) is correct. People in Bleecker don't bother going to the town hall, no reason to expect anyone outside of Bleecker will either. It's a once a year issue, and the MS would be better, because the parking lot is larger.

If they were really worried about safety and security, they would do something about the terrible parking outside and congestion inside the buildings during afternoon pick-up times. Polling happens once a year. We deal with the congestion everyday.

with a declining population and the notoriously low voter turnout, 1 or 2 machines at city hall should be sufficient
