DrugsRUs, you have to be kidding me. Do you really believe the crap you read on your right wing websites? Seriously, you need to check Snopes**** whenever you read something as ridiculous as Obama having a Connecticut social security number. Typical right winger, believing everything Rush tells you.

Yes we do own this health care law. If we could just get the righties out of the way we could continue to fix the economy as well. You left an awful mess when you left the White House. Yes, I mentioned the Bush White House. A simple reminder of what happens when a mindless conservative is put in charge. If we don’t remind the American people of the incompetence of a conservative White House they may forget and repeat the error. It would be a major setback to our economy and our world standing if we allow complete idiots have that power again. Hope I answered your question, FULL OF IT.

BEUNREAL: Or we could look at like this: Why should a greater restriction be placed on buying alcohol than voting? I continue to be amazed that you liberals type so much and refuse to directly answer any questions. There can be only one reason - Even you left wingers don't like the answers. I will end my discussion with you lefties (I am getting very bored with your silly non answers) with a quote from President Reagan: "The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn't so." Remember lefties: You own this economy and this healthcare law. You can deflect and demonize all you want, but those are the facts. (I know , I know, you guys don't like to let little things like facts get in the way of your arguments) Bye

BEREAL, please tell me how showing a valid ID is a restriction. You need an ID for everything else. Oops, I forgot your boy Barry is from Chicago and the rule there is to vote early and often.

FULL OF IT – Why should a greater restriction be placed on voting than on owning a gun? Another FACT about the absurdity of the conservative position.

no ADKman, I'm talking about the grant (as in free money) that he got as a (supposedly)foreign student. This makes his citizenship questionable. And how about that SSN that originated in Connecticut???? just aksin'

The Affordable Care Act has a grandfather clause in it that allows you to keep your insurance. It is not Obama's fault that greedy insurance companies are canceling low cost, low profit policies and replacing them with higher profit ones.

So, Fedup, what about Bush's lie about WMDs in Iraq? I suppose that was OK by you? How many people has the ACA killed, compared to all those killed and maimed in Iraq?

And there WAS a demonstration in Benghazi on the day of the attack. It was widely reported by all the media.

Drugs - " I want to know how he got an educational grant only available to foreign students." Really? Are you referring to his college ID? The one with the bar code on it? That one? Did you know that bar codes didn't exist then?

The hypocrisy of you right wingers is mind blowing.

FedUp (or should I rename you Full of It?), not one of your statements indicated something positive for women, just restrictions. You say I have no facts - disprove what I said with something positive conservatives are proposing for women in their war for women. You’re going to saddle them with an unwanted child and you’re going to pay them 80 cents on the dollar for their employment. Your party is the one opposing legislation to change the blatant wage disparity. You want facts – everything I said was a fact. You just don’t like the FACT that your position and fake war are a complete farce.

ADKman, that's funny, unless you really want Barry to be king of the US. And after 6 years in office we still know less about him than the guy running for dog catcher. I don't care where he was born, I want to know how he got an educational grant only available to foreign students. Where are a few of his old classmates with some social anecdotes from his college years????? Barry Soetoro, our liar in chief is bad news no matter how you look at it.

ADKman: He is too honest. I remember when he said you would be able to keep your policy and your doctor PERIOD. And when he said he would close Gitmo. And when he said he would be the most transparent President in history. Or when he said it was a video that caused a spontaneous demonstration that just happened to kill four Americans. Or when he said he heard about the IRS scandal on television. Or when he said he wouldn't rest until the IRS scandal was fully vetted. Or when he said raising the debt ceiling was wrong as a senator as now it is right as President. Yes this is one honest President. You guys own these issues! And they will be an albatross come November. Say goodbye to the Senate. Also: What does a true progressive believe in?

BEUNREAL: So can I assume you don't have facts? What a surprise- A liberal spouting off but having NOTHING to back up ridiculous comments. Just keep saying it and maybe it will become FACT. Just remember to click you heels too.

Obama is a spineless politician. He had the votes to cram single payer health care right down the throats of Republicans in Congress and didn't do it. He could have put the health insurance industry out of business and didn't do it. We true progressives will never forgive him for that. So in that regard, Fedup, you are correct. Obama is much too moderate for me. He's too middle of the road. He's much too honest.

Thank you FedUp. Your post confirms everything I stated in my post. Interesting that the party that wants a smaller government wants more regulations centered on abortion like unnecessary ultra sounds. It’s OK for the government to regulate women but get out of the way of the oil companies. And heaven forbid if we make an effort for clean air. If you want facts just watch FOX NEWS. Everything I said has been confirmed on many of their news segments and if FOX NEWS said it, you know it’s the truth!!

YADDA - Just so you know, on Day 1, Obama had a Democrat controlled House and Senate and he still couldn't get it done. He just isn't a leader

BEREAL: Do you have any facts that support your ridiculous assertions? Protecting the rights of the unborn isn't a war on women it is a war to protect babies. We are not trying to restrict the right to choose, we are choosing to defend the life of the unborn. And just exactly how are we restricting the right to vote? By asking that everyone have an ID? Don't you have to show an ID to buy beer wine or liquor? Why no outrage there? And are you implying that every boss that doesn't pay a woman the same as a man is a Republican? That is quite a stretch don't you think? Are you saying the bosses who are Democrats pay women better? Can you offer proof of that? BEREAL should change your name to BEUNREALISTIC

Oh Bobby, all your conservative propaganda referenced the “war for women” after Huckabee put his foot in his mouth. When asked for detail on what that means for women their reply was restrict abortion, restrict their right to choose, restrict voting rights, restrict birth control and restrict employment pay/fringe benefits. Why don’t women see all the benefits you are fighting for on their behalf?

The US is the greatest nation on the planet? What planet are you from? Except for our military budget, can you name anything we're number one in? Besides the number of people in prison, that is? Infant mortality rate? Nope. Longevity? Nope. Education? Not by a long shot. Manufacturing? Nope. Standard of living? Job stability?

Go ahead, MrBob, give me a list. Give me details of why we're so great.

For months I have been watching the back and forth comments. I don't feel strongly about 1 point or the other. I do however, feel that since day 1 our current POTUS was never given a chance, to do anything. The repubs have just wanted him to fail in every aspect and they have done everything in their power to see that it happens, regardless how it affects our society.
