totally agree drugs....If I misbehaved in school, the teacher was the least of my concerns, the real trouble would have started with my parents when I returned home. Grant...the "dumbing down" of schools was the theme song of Commissioner Mills when he told us that "all" kids can learn, then he watered down the State tests to prove it.

What was wrong with the way it all used to work????? OOPS -- I forgot that parents used to back the teachers in discipline, the kiddies really wanted to learn, and there was this thing called "shame" if you were a slacker.

"Dumbing Down" our schools in order to squeeze more campaign funds out of the Teachers Union (which is what this APPLE plan is trying to do) makes NO SENSE at all!
