He calls himself a breeder. Breeders sell their dogs. It would seem if there was no market for the dogs you would stop breeding them. He is a hoarder and needs help. Glad someone is stepping in to put a stop to this insanity.

And, let's not sugar coat things. Weich was charged only after The Lexus Project attorney Richard Rosenthal and Buffalo attorney Matt Albert file a suit against the state police. If that wasn't done, all those dogs would still be there.

Sorry, but there are dogs remaining at Sprakers kennel. This information is incorrect. The Shih Tzu's have been returned. A NBC reporter was there this morning and filmed them. There is such a huge cover up going on, puppies are at a hidden location. Not good and still ongoing.
