Wait a second, does anybody really believe the liberal premise that claims Counties can curb AIDS by exchanging needles thus encouraging further ILLEGAL behavior and drug use? As the article states, illegal drug use and gay men are the problem, at least the rump rangers are now allowed to marry and infect each other legally. So, I'd like to know how you libs 'curb' that since you're the ones demanding everyone accept this kind of behavior. Anyone else getting tired of libs creating problems then demanding the sane among us solve them?

Anna, it's because libs are constantly propping up the perverted. Gays, drug addicts and others who decrease the core morality of our Country. The ONLY low percentage of Americans they hate happen to be the one who pay their bills.

Why is the government concerned with such a small population group when property owners need relief AID? This is not government's job.

Why are there groups like Centro Civico giving out needles for hard drug users while at the same time angst is flying over medicinal pot? Instead, set up the needle exchange at the Police Station where they can arrest every single one of them.
