Now that's funny right there I don't care who you are! I have seen councilman, city workers, highway superintendents and so forth do the same exact thing at their own residences. I once got a notice telling me it was illegal to plow snow across the road and the person that issued the notice does the same thing! Clean your own house first before telling me mine is dirty!

A lot different down here in the 1st ward I guess. If you blew your entire lawn into the street no one would notice since the side streets here DO NOT GET PLOWED until the last possible minute.
