When a republican/conservative does not like something they ignore it when a liberal/democrat/progressive doesn't like something why do they feel the need to make it illegal banned taken off the market of forced into seclusion? If it ain't good enough for them it has to be banned from the rest of the world?

NEWSMAX: The Affordable Care Act contains provisions for "death panels," which decide which critically-ill patients receive care and which won't, according to Mark Halperin, senior political analyst for Time magazine.

"It's built into the plan. It's not like a guess or like a judgment. That's going to be part of how costs are controlled," Halperin told "The Steve Malzberg Show" on Newsmax TV.

The DA's office really s*c*r*e*w*e*d the pooch on this one. However in my opinion, unless you're in the 'look at what you made me do' camp, everything this sob does in the future is HIS fault.

Will someone who is being 'forced' to work on Thanksgiving please post exactly who is 'forcing' you to work and describe the implications of not showing up.

Jeers to the prosecutor in the district attorney's office who failed to follow paperwork procedures resulting in no justice for the young, innocent victims and allowing this sick individual to walk freely as he contemplates his next crime or next disgusting action. To the prosecutor in the district attorney's office who failed to follow paperwork procedures, I ask "who will be to blamed for this sick person's next move"?

JEERS to overreaching government! The town of San Rafael, Calif., has passed a ban on smoking that city officials have called the most stringent in the nation. The new ordinance makes it illegal for residents to smoke in their own homes if they share a wall with another dwelling.

The ban applies to owners and renters alike, and it covers ******iniums, co-ops, apartments and any multi-family residence containing three or more units.

I wonder what party CONTROLS this city? It is without question the democrats!

JEERS to all of these big retailers opening on Thanksgiving day. It is supposed to be a day for family to get together, not being forced to work in a non essential situation. I can understand having to work if you are in public safety, healthcare, etc, but not retail.

I hate to say anything to you usedto... but this sounds like an comedic article. You do know that it is for entertainment only don't you? Even democrats that want to believe in it all have to know this is just not truthful... an outright lie I would say! The Author Andy Borowitz is a New York Times best-selling author and a comedian has millions of readers around the world, for which he won the first-ever National Press Club award for humor.

Jeers to omission! A mistake or intentionally done? The new U.S. Postal Service advertisement to sell “holiday stamps” curiously omitted a Christmas or Christian-themed message, yet included portrayals of Hanukkah and Kwanzaa. The ad contained the text: “Don’t forget your holiday stamps. You’ll find them at your nearest post office or on eBay.” And below the text were pictures of three stamps: One showed a candle holder with nine lighted candles, emblazoned with the word “Hanukkah.” Another showed a colorful symbol over an open book, above the block-type word “Kwanzaa.” And the third, in the middle, showed — a gingerbread house. So Merry Gingerbread house everyone!

Jeers to the white house spin on the "You can keep your insurance plan". Knowing full well that republicans had already planned a vote extending the coverage that they had Obama as usual decided to beat them to the punch by holding a press conference the day before the vote took place. The republicans with BIPARTISAN support did pass their own plan to allow the promise Obama made to Americans. Many democrats are now calling for delays implementing Obamacare and have even put in a delay for implementing the employer mandate to minimize the detriment of its ill effect on the mid-term elections, A one month delay from October to November... sly don't you think? And anyone that believes anything that comes from the lairs club in the white house drank too much koolaid!

continued:

Mr. Carney said. “He wants to apologize for that.”But far from putting an end to the controversy, the President’s apology drew a swift rebuke from another congressional Republican, Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), who called it a “blatant provocation.”“If the President is going to continue agreeing with us and apologizing to us, he is playing with fire,” he warned.

— Moments after President Obama said he would allow insurers to continue health plans that were to be cancelled under the Affordable Care Act, leading Republicans blasted the President for agreeing with an idea that they had supported.“It’s true that we’ve been strongly in favor of Americans being allowed to keep their existing plans,” said House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio). “But now that the President is for it, we’re convinced that it’s a horrible idea.”House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Virginia) went further in ripping the President, calling Mr. Obama’s tactic of adopting ideas proposed by him and fellow Republicans “beneath contempt.”“The President should be aware that any future agreeing with us will be seen for what it is: a hostile act,” White House spokesman Jay Carney helmed a hastily called press conference, hoping to stem the quickly escalating coöperation scandal.“The President understands that he has offended some Republicans in Congress by agreeing with them,” Mr. C
