So true drugs, you used to see police use their head instead of their cuffs. But today in liberalville USA you have to arrest everyone. It is the only fair way. You cannot have teaching or lesson learned moments just the right down the line everyone is the same treatment.

does anybody remember when the police used to just take your keys and drive you home??? Pick up your keys and fetch the car later in the day.

Need some xtra cash? Sober? Just get paid to blow into the drunks car to start it. If there is a random check while you are driving and the horns and lights flash? Just pull over. Someone will always be there to blow into the device for xtra money. Don't have a good lung capacity due to asthma or COPD or whatever medical reason-just get your doctor to sign a medical waiver! Yup all this looks good on paper but where there is a will there is a way!

Stouter laws? What a "stout" joke when bars don't close until 4 am but you have to get past the NYS Liquor Authority bulked up by the Liquor dealers to change that one.During past challenges, they claim it doesn't make any difference with the DWI statistics. I suppose this means if someone isn't smashed by 2 am they need 2 additional hours to drink ?
