Some would say it's not theft of tools, it's merely fair redistribution. Is that a crime?

Yes taking someone else's possessions is a crime, it is wrong and should never be tolerated. I am not a fan of redistribution of any kind. If you need it, go earn it. That has always worked for me. Plus habitat for humanity does great things for people that truly need it.

It's a despicable crime, no question. However, jeers to whomever left them in a position to be stolen. Living around here, nothing of value should be left within reach, or accessible. Many people in this city have learned that lesson the hard way. Plants, Christmas decorations, bicycles, change left in an unlocked car -don't even take a chance.

Agree Lizzie. Our neighbor had a St. Francis of Assisi taken from their yard. Now that's just bad karma.

really sad that not that long ago nobody locked the house, keys were never lost because they were always in the car. Maybe it's time for a little vigilante justice like recently occurred in Reading PA. A couple of jerks were holding up a neighborhood store. A friend of the owner was helping in the back and heard the commotion, shot and killed the bums. He has a carry permit and was armed. No charges pending as he acted in self defense, and waited for authorities to arrive.

Cheers to finally seeing some true reporting on the main stream networks. I just watched ABC totally tear up Obamacare and its future failure. Just as predicted it is a total failure. I would invest in food rather than Obamacare as it has a much longer shelf life!

Those were not so totally transparent or as partisan as today's issues. Democrats had a say in everything you mentioned, unlike Obamacare!

GVILLE70: You gotta move on. When will you start thinking that Obama needs to take responsibility for something? The Bush thing is old and makes you look bitter and blind to the realities around you. Maybe you need to turn off MSNBC and form some opinions based on things that happened in this decade.

College students who cheated on a simple task were more likely to want government jobs, researchers from Harvard University and the University of Pennsylvania found in a study of hundreds of students in Bangalore, India.

Their results, recently released as a working paper by the National Bureau of Economic Research, suggest that one of the contributing forces behind government corruption could be who gets into government work in the first place.

Today is the 150th anniversary of the Gettysburg Address complete with ceremonies and everything. BUT the guy who took the same train from Philadelphia to DC as Lincoln, The guy who used the Lincoln bible to be sworn in. The guy referred to as the first African-American president -- won't be there. Arrogant****

For all of “the sky is falling” Chicken Littles, did you notice that health care spending since the 2010 passage of the ACA has risen by 1.3 percent/year, the lowest rate EVER recorded? Health care inflation is the lowest it’s been in 50 years. Source: White House counsel of INDEPENDENT Advisors.

So quick to jump on anything progressives do. Don't give it time to work...just cheer for the party of no. You are all wrong once again!
