I find it amazing that no one knew what was happening with the money. Talk about turds, that is way to much money to not keep better track of, I think the CPA firm overseeing the account should be held responsible. Then again. they must have been entitled to the money or else it would have been a criminal matter.

Anyone want to hazard why they didn't sue the boards involved at the time for failing to exercise due diligence?

Gendron "is not going to comment on pending litigation", although the suit has been dropped therefore no pending litigation. Can you tell election season is over? Way to answer to your constituency.

It was exactly as they said, they were given the authority and legal right to rob us blind. It was in their contracts that they all signed. Like Obamacare, it may be law but it just isn't the right thing to have done!

Great point Adirondackal... they are the ones that authorized the bonus pay that allowed them to take this money. It was an ill conceived plan? Not understood by them but very well understood by Bray and Sciocchetti...

That is the status quo for Gendron, he hasn't looked out for his constituents since he got in there 15 yrs ago!! His only motivation is how do I become chairman of the board again..even if it is screwing his Gloversville constituents!!
