maybe so BUT that is where his head is. The sad thing is that he is the only guy to ever occupy the White House that could ever be believable in saying that. We still know less about him than we do of candidates for dog catcher. Even some of his staunchest supporters, except for usedto, GetAClue, and a few others have jumped the sinking ship

Drugs: that quote alleged to have been spoken by Obama about the flag...It's actually from a satirical political column written by John Semmens in 2007. The other quote is alleged to come from a transcript of Meet the Press...Obama was not on that program on that day, nor are there any records (other than Lindsborg's claim which is unsubstantiated) of such words being spoken.

More outright lies from the lefties. President Lincoln DID SAY Under God in the Gettysburg speech he gave. The only crap being propagated is from those that choose to believe this president. Obama chose not to say it. Is anyone surprised?

(ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???) Obama continued : "The National Anthem should be 'swapped' for something less parochial and less bellicose. I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing'. If that were our anthem, then, I might salute it. In my opinion, we should consider reinventing our National Anthem as well as 'redesign' our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It's my intention, if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East Brethren. If we, as a Nation of warring people, conduct ourselves like the nations of Islam, where peace prevails - - - perhaps a state or period of mutual accord could exist between our governments ...."

...." When I become President, I will seek a pact of agreement but too few were to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a Nation, have placed upon the nations of Islam, an unfair injustice which is WHY my wife disrespects the Flag and she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past". "Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I have put my hatred aside. I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path.My wife and I look forward to becoming our Country's First black Family. Indeed,CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America " Yes, you read it right. I, for one, am speechless!!! Dale Lindsborg , Washington Post

Dave, I hate to tell you this but the page and a half in Lincoln's own hand writing has the words "under God" on it. The anniversary is not always commemorated but today was the 150th anniversary. He should have been there.

Drugs... the words "under God" are not part of the original Gettysburg address. Why do you propagate this crap? Are you getting your news from Limbaugh and Beck?

If Obama showed up at Gettysburg, you'd all be saying that he was trying to exploit Lincoln and divert attention away from Benghazi.

And for the record, who was the last president to commemorate Gettysburg?

Dr. Barbara Bellar – Obamacare Summed Up in One Sentence “We’re going to be gifted with a healthcare plan we are forced to purchase, and fined if we don’t, which purportedly covers at least 10 million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn’t understand it, passed by a congress that didn’t read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a president who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn’t pay his taxes, for which we will be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted social security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese and financed by a country that’s broke. So, what the blank could possibly go wrong?”

and - all the living Presidents are doing a Ken Burns documentary on Abe's speech by reading it -- Barry chose to omit the words "under God" from his version. He needs to go.

Well usedto, today is the 150th anniversary of the Gettysburg Address complete with ceremonies and everything. BUT the guy who took the same train from Philadelphia to DC as Lincoln, The guy who used the Lincoln bible to be sworn in. The guy referred to as the first African-American president -- won't be there.

What a great guy your savior is to brush off so much fluff, besides that it's cold in Gettysburg today.

So if proof is over 2 months old, it's nothing? I didn't post it, TOT did. I didn't make it up. You're absolutely correct on fixing things.

All you do is make generalized statements that you make up because of hatred and try to pass them off as facts. You interpret every post on here how ever you wish to conform to your regressive ideas.

Really, what drugs are you on drugs? Time for rehab

usedto, if you call a copied and pasted post from 2+ months ago proof, then you have nothing. I offer proof but you deem the sources as liars. I can't fix stupid

It is fun to watch the left call the right racist at every turn. It used to be that liberals preached tolerance and inclusion. That has changed to tolerance - IF you agree with them and inclusion- IF you agree with them. If you dare to question them or make a statement that contradicts theirs beliefs, they demonize and deflect. It is an old playbook that doesn't work anymore. The president pushed the envelope too far by knowingly lying over and over and pretending he heard about scandals on the news. I don't even think the left believes that - and if they do, they are blind followers. The president telling the truth has become as rare as the lefties on here answering a direct question. Neither occurs!!

There is one saying that is so very true "a liar, is a liar". He will not change, cannot be trusted and has lied about EVERY issue that has come his way. No matter how far out of his way that he had to go to have an issue come his way! LIAR!
