Rudeness - Daniel Patrick Moynihan nailed it perfectly when he coined the phrase "defining deviancy down" in the mid-1960's. Since that time it appears that our culture has been increasingly corrupted and weakened by behavior now routinely ignored which would have been totally unacceptable two generations ago.

The new rein of rudeness and unacceptable language has become the norm and was not acceptable even a half generation ago. Our countries moral degradation has been in hyper mode and is getting worse daily. I do not see an end to it or a way to alter it until the offenders awaken to see the worthlessness that they have become. Keep up with the loosening of moral and ethical behavior and we will live in the world created by it! A real disaster left for future generations.

It's funny how rudeness has become the norm in a politically correct society that fears offending so many groups, unless you are straight, white and over 50. We don't even "don our gay apparel" anymore now we "put on our fun clothes " WTF ??

Tonko's $1550 donation does not make up for his staunch support of the disaster of the century; Obamacare.

Jeers to the Obama spending machine! I would be glad to answer the phone when a person is not grown up enough to know that there are other people that have an opinion and at least an equal right to have it. In the case of many here it is not that there are differing viewpoints it is that the viewpoints are the correct indisputable points that you cannot stand. Go ahead and call us names... that proves you are an adult and right doesn't it?

I just heard that the problems with healthcare. g o v has spread to the phone bank signup as well. It also simply does not work either! I guess when your legacy is failure that is what you consistently are going to do. Keep that extremely long list coming Obama, you are on a world record setting pace!

TOT,drugs, Bobbi, Fedman, etc. You people are amazing. You demand that the ACA not be implemented and then complain that it's not being implemented well enough. Total lack of self awareness

Usedto, You bet I'm complaining about ACA not being implemented fast enough, but not for the reasons you think. It would be the lesser of two evils and put off track, at least for awhile, the goal of a single payer Govt. run system. At least the Private sector would still be involved but as we now see, most people who do manage to get into the current system are being shunted into Medicaid. Locally, that's a disaster-in-waiting for both FC and MC Property Tax Payers who'll have to sew another pocket on our pants that will be picked. Anyone believe that's an accident? Anybody want to buy a house? Pay less attention to what pundits and political spin experts are saying and look at whats actually happening because the winner and the loser in this battle is going to be a political/social ideology with the future of America at stake.

If I was going to ram a partisan idea down the throats of 60% of the country that opposes it I would have made very sure that the implementation of it was done impeccably. What confidence does America have in the (UN)affordable care act now? A DISMAL OUTLOOK just as it deserves! However when you hire a company simply because you wife went to collage with her... you are destined to be the huge failure that Obama IS!

My earlier comment about Obamacare originally had 5 agrees and 0 disagrees. It now has 5 agrees and 7 disagrees. I can readily see that all of the people who have lived on social programs, handouts, and never worked more than a few days in their life got together and put in the disagrees. The People who are in this position don't care what it costs, someone else( people like my self) will end up paying it for them. This country has gotten such a percentage of people who say " gimmee, gimmee, gimmee, that it is a threat to the nations economy. They are getting to be the majority and politicians who want to keep their elective positions are going to give them all of these handouts. I am in my early 60's, want to be able to retire in a couple of years. Its starting to look like I will have to work til my dying day. I hope I am long gone when the nation collapses. I still insist that Obamacare is a disaster, from the numerous lies and broken promises we are learning about.

About 3.7 million people have been forced off their current plans so far. But if you like your plan you can keep it... PERIOD! Obama clearly misspoke when he said that.” O simply misspoke? Dozens of times? "Misspoke" like O promising you’d keep your doctors, that premiums would be less, that families would save $2500/year

Remember the presidents al Qaeda re-election speech? al Qaeda has been beaten and is on the run....

Gaziantep, Turkey (CNN) -- Raqqa was, a matter of months ago, one of Syria's most liberal cities. Now locals call it Tora Bora. They say it's as if the Taliban of Afghanistan have taken over. After months of bombardment by the regime and a chaotic lack of control by weak and divided moderate rebels, al Qaeda have found a broken society, made it their home, and imposed on it hardline Islamist law.
