So AFTER a 2 year suspension, a Referee,aka,another attorney, determines Weinheimer's intent.How? by reading his mind? If you've ever met Attorney Weinheimer his superior attitude is apparent-like he's so smart he could get away with anything. Think long & hard before you trust this man with your financial planning.(estates,wills,etc)

"Weinheimer's "misconduct was not motivated by larcenous intent," according to the ruling. The committee agreed with that assessment and agreed the misconduct did not violate the Code of Professional Responsibility". No one is perfect.

BEWARE OF ATTORNEY WEINHEIMER If you are setting up an estate or trust fund accounts. Do you really want an attorney with disciplinary action on his record to be in charge of your money? You may be the one he gets away with.
