Right the members of congress should be getting the best information on this subject before they allow that kind of money to be spent, that is what their job is. Also the members of congress need to stop spend so much of our tax dollars on their benefits that they get for their pet projects they need to stop their living high on the hog and spending our money like drunken sailors and stay in DC for the year and stop their traveling around the world at our expense and getting nothing done. They need to be required to work like the average working people and not be taking so much time off while they get nothing done for the country.

We already watch in horror where 'the money' goes. We The People just are not able to do anything about it...yet.

Ron1960, those boneheads in Washington need to learn the phrase "NO, we can't afford to give you any money or weapons. We're broke and you don't really like us anyway. We'll let you hate us for free"

What was that song??? "He can't even run his own life, I'll be dammed if he'll run mine"

Bring our troops home. And i do hope if they give the Syrians weapons they do perform background checks first.

If we are to go there at all... we should NOT give anything to anyone unless we are looking through the sight! I would not arm an enemy even to fight another enemy. Keep the weaponry in our own hands or use them ourselves to reduce these muslim jihadists to dust. But as usual we must wait for the Obama mistake so we can be sure what direction would have been correct. He's batting 1000!
