Recently Ralph VanAlstyne that piece of trash who stole from the DAV, The Legion and the VFW was denied parole for another year.. He still hasn't paid the 38k he needed to pay back for his plea agreement.. Richard Giardino should vacate the plea arrangement and sock it to him.. The Gloversville Legion may soon be the only game in town as Johnstown's charter may be dissolved.. Support Post 137 because they have the responsibility of doing the honor guards and parades now...

Annarondac, I agree totally. People need to remember that if it were not for our veterans we would not have the freedoms that we enjoy. We would not be having a day like this to celebrate our nations birth.

Absolutely! If you see a one of our troops in line, pay for his items. Pay for a meal or meals if eating out. Just going up to say "Thank you for your service" brings on such a big smile from our serving troops and veterans. Pay tribute to those families who have given the ultimate sacrifice.
